Delivery/Shipping

Some orders require shipment, while others will be delivered by courier. We deliver within the GTA 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). All orders outside the GTA use , FedEx/Purolator/UPS etc. to deliver your package.

Next day delivery request for parts of the GTA only must be placed before 12 NOON. The cities included are: Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, King, Aurora, North York, Markham.

If you request a delivery/shipping date we will do our best to accommodate your order but be advised that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Any orders requiring shipping through (Purolator, UPS, FedEx etc.) are Monday-Wednesday. All orders placed after 12pm on any Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday.

If you need your cookies for a certain date please order in advance and in the notes section request the date you'd like delivery.

Purolator, UPS, FedEx etc. or local delivery will leave the package at the door or the nearest post office.

Once your order is baked, packaged and ready to ship, you should receive your cookies within 1-6 business days based upon location.

Once your order leaves Foxies Bakeshop and is with the shipping provider, Foxies Bakeshop is not held responsible for delayed, damaged or lost goods.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address for shipping is correct.

Your package can take longer than expected. This means your order has no guaranteed delivery date even when you request a date. We do our best to accommodate your delivery request. We DO NOT give refunds or credits for delayed packages. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If for any reason you forgot to enter a valid promo code during a promotion we do not refund the difference, however we will offer an equivalent coupon code on your next order.

Foxies Bakeshop will not refund or replace any orders for incorrect addresses.
Returns/Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Foxies Bakeshop does not accept returns or exchanges.

If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package and we will be happy to assist you.

We can only cancel your order and issue a refund if your cookies have not been baked. Please let us know A.S.A.P and we will do our best to issue a refund. However such request may not be possible due to order processing and production schedule.
