Are you nut free?

Some of our products do contain nuts, therefore we are not a nut free facility.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Foxies Bakeshop is an Online Bakeshop offering contacless delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service. We do deliver, and ship Canadawide.

How long do cookies stay fresh for?

Our cookies stay fresh for a minimum of 10 days, heat sealed. Alternatively, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Cookies can also be warmed in the mircowave for 10 seconds or placed in the oven @ 350 degrees F for 5-8 minutes, depending on how soft you want your Foxie cookie. For that ooey gooey consistency, leave cookies in for the maximum time.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are baked fresh, to your order. Foxies Bakeshop makes every effort to fufill all orders and ship/deliver them out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. For orders located within the GTA turnaround time is 1-2 business days. If your order requires shipment depending on location, it can take between 1-6 business days. All orders get shipped out from Monday-Wednesday as our shipping provider does not deliver on weekends.

Where are you located?

Foxies Bakeshop is an online bakeshop and does not have a store front yet! However, we do deliver and ship Canada wide! So no need to worry, we will deliver cookies right to your front door!

How big are Foxies cookies?

Each Foxies cookie is 4-4.5 ounces depending on the flavour. That's a quarter pound! We stuff them with various chocolates, brownies, nutella and other yummy goodies to give you the ultimate cookie experience!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary based upon your location in Canada. Shipping costs are set fees based on the couriers' rate. Costs are calcuated based on the weight of the cookies and the size of the shipping box. Each cookie weighs between 4-4.5 ounces.

This means your order has no guaranteed delivery date even when you request a date. We do our best to accommodate your delivery request. We only can ensure a requested delivery date if it is within select cities of the GTA, and the order is placed on time. We DO NOT give refunds or credits for delayed packages.
